Problem: This Place was brought on to help T-Mobile change the way in which they provide their customers accurate pricing. Prior to us starting, users wouldn’t find out what their monthly payments would be until they were 2 steps into the checkout flow, causing a large number of drop-offs.
Solution: After intaking the user research T-Mobile had gathered and a number of stack-holder interviews, we decided that moving the opportunity to see accurate pricing up in the funnel, users could access their price during the research phase of the purchase flow. We added entry points to a micro-experience pre-screen credit check on the product landing and product detail pages which after performing users would have accurate pricing throughout their time on T-Mobile.com.
